Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Times
SHINEBOXX ships from warehouses located around the world. Due to the international nature of our supply chain and high order volume, delivery times vary:

Domestic (U.S.): 5–15 business days
International: 10–35 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier handling, or high demand periods. Many of our products are exclusively available through SHINEBOXX and sourced from specialized suppliers worldwide — we believe the wait is worth it.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delivery Guarantee
Every order is backed by our delivery guarantee. If your package does not arrive, we will issue a full refund or reship your order — no questions asked. We do not consider an order lost until the full estimated delivery window has passed.

Please note: refunds and reshipments are not issued for orders that are currently in transit. If tracking shows your order is moving through the shipping network, we ask that you wait until the full estimated delivery window has passed before contacting us.
